Pagan Awareness Week was launched in 2008 as an attempt to raise awareness of modern Pagan religious beliefrs and activities.

We aim to highlight events happening all around the world in the week leading up to Samhain, also known as Halloween, considered to be the Pagan ‘new year’.

All Pagan organisations will confirm that during the month of October, user requests are commonplace, all asking one thing - what Pagan events are happening near me?.  These can come from people who have never attended Pagan gatherings before or from the media who would like to report on activities (occasionally as a ‘weird’ story but, pleasingly, more often simply as an ‘interesting’ one).

We dont’ run events ourselves but do provide this website to allow the organisers of events to list and display them publicly.
